1. Force quit the app
Close the app and open it again.
2. Restart your device
Switch off your device and then restart normally. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3. Check for updates
Make sure that you have the latest update available for your operating system. You can check your device handbook for further instructions.

4. Disable 'Power Saving' mode if your device has this feature
5. Close down any background apps you are running on the background
1- Open the Task Manager of your device
2- Select Active (or Running)
3 - Close down your applications
6. Clear the cache & data
1- Go to Settings > Storage
2- Navigate to Other apps
3- Tap on the app you want to clear cache for
4- Tap on Clear Cache

7. Remove and reinstall the app
1- Access your devices Application settings
2- Select the affected app
3- Select Uninstall
4- Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store
