1. Force quit the app
Close the app and open it again.
2. Restart your device
Restart your iOS or iPadOS device. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3. Check for updates
Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. You can check here for further instructions.
Then check for app updates. Here's how to manually update apps on your iPhone and iPad. You might need a Wi-Fi connection.
4. Close down any background apps you are running
1- Double-click the Home button to display recently used apps
2- Swipe left or right and locate the app(s) you want to close
3- Swipe the app UP to close it
5. Disable Bluetooth in your device's settings
6. Remove and reinstall the app
To offload the app, open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage). Tap the affected app, then tap Offload app. Tap Offload app again. Wait a moment for the app to offload, then tap Reinstall App.
